Financing Your Care
Below you will find a list of insurance companies that we participate with. We will file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less or greater than the estimate, then you will be billed or refunded the difference.

Dental insurance plans we contract with:
- Northeast Delta Dental
- Dr. Vaughan – Premier Plans
Medical insurance plans we contract with:
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical
Payment:
Our office is in-network with Delta Dental and Anthem BCBS plans only. We submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. Any estimated out-of-pocket portion is due at the time of service, and any additional balance not covered by your plan will be the patient’s responsibility. Because every plan is different, your coverage will depend on the details of your individual policy — and our team is here to help you understand those benefits and we will do everything we can to help you maximize your benefits. Please remember to let us know if there are any changes to your insurance plan.
For out-of-network insurance companies, we will still submit the claim on your behalf for reimbursement; however, payment is due in full at the time of service. HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) plans will not pay Out of Network providers.
No Insurance: Payment in full is required on the day of service.

Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to know the particulars of their insurance policy. Our office will assist you in any way we can, but you are ultimately responsible for any fees that your insurance company does not cover.
