Financing Your Care

Below you will find a list of insurance companies that we participate with. If you do not see your insurance carrier listed, we will send in a pre-determination of benefits after your consultation to assist you in determining what your out-of-pocket expense may be prior to surgery. Please bring all of your dental and medical insurance information to your consultation appointment.

Dental insurance plans we contract with:

• Northeast Delta Dental
• Dr. Vaughan – Premier Plans
• Dr. Citron – Premier and PPO Plans

Medical insurance plans we contract with:

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical
• Cigna
• Harvard Pilgrim

Payment:

Participating and Non-Participating Insurances: If a procedure is done on the same day as your initial consultation, a co-pay may be due. If you are having a consult first, with surgery later, we will check your benefit coverage and assist you in determining your out-of-pocket expense. This amount will be due on the day of your procedure.

No Insurance: Payment in full is required on the day of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company for payment. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to know the particulars of their insurance policy. Our office will assist you in any way we can, but you are ultimately responsible for any fees that your insurance company does not cover.
